I received an offer to purchase my home in Santa Fe, but the buyer performed an inspection and objected to the sale based on alleged structural instability of the home. I feared the worst: that the buyer’s objection might be a scam, that I would lose the sale/transaction, that if repairs were in fact warranted, they would cost a king’s ransom and would take an eternity to complete.
I called RJS Construction Services, who came to my property the very next day and met with the buyer’s inspector, then RJS performed its own inspection. Having my own representation at the inspection really put my mind at ease. There were, in fact, only minor repairs needed; and RJS completed them within one week, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fee. What a relief!
The sale of my home went through, and I know my outcome was the best it could possibly have been thanks to RJS!
